Beautiful hotel with excellent service. However the breakfast spread is now hosted at the pavilion, which is semi-outdoor. Go early to sit indoor.

This is a great hotel with good ambiance and customer service. They don't give you their very good rooms if you book through third party sites. My balcony on second floor was a dead end space with no views. I think the websites need to specify this rather than letting your customers down. Morning buffet was quite good. Overall I give it 4 stars coz of the poor balcony view that I was looking forward to spend my evening.

Environment friendly, full of doves. Pool shall be filtered due to many doves come n drink pool’s water. Food was okay, but pricey with the quality. Services are good, 5 stars / Marriott expected level.

I stayed from 20 to 25 Dec. I checked in late at around 2 am on 20 Dec and checked out super early on 25 Dec at 8:30 am in the morning. My dad unexpectedly passed away in the city on 21 Dec and for most of my 訂房網站, I was busy with the arrangements, returning late only to sleep in my room. On check out day, my flight got postponed and I returned to the hotel. For the most part, the Front Desk people were super helpful. However on the last day when I requested some private space just to sit and collect my thoughts. I was curtly told by Mr Sumit to 'sit around in the lobby'. Of course I wasn't expecting my room back but some sensitive courtesy in replying to a request would have been appreciated. It was a bitter jarring end to an otherwise smooth stay. I won't be staying here in future.

I went to Ritz and JW Marriott. Both of them can have late check out until 4pm but only this Marriott branch can not. I have already requested them when I check in. They said they will help me to arrange it but they won't promise the possibility. I said it is fine and I think they will update the request if it is not available. Additionally, when I arrived, My cold isn’t better yet, I’m still coughing. They said they will arrange the hot tea to my room. In the end, I didn't receive the teain my room and the next day they call me at 2pm to let me check out without any in advance notification. I don't think they deserve 5 starts like Ritz or JW Marriot. The price talks everything. 🤣🤣🤣🤣
